As the new year dawns, see God’s goodness.
Each sunrise brings the promise of His presence.
When we feel pain, God will comfort.
When we feel uncertain, He will counsel.
Where there is injustice, our Father will correct.
God’s steadfast love never ceases. “His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning,” (Lamentations 3:22-23 NIV).
Great is His faithfulness.
Today’s prayer:
Dear Lord, help us understand how wide and long and high and deep is Your love. Amen.
