This uncommon evangelist waits patiently for passersby to ask him questions, then he shares scripture after scripture to lead them into truth. His favorite story is about an eight-year-old girl who received a Bible from him, then her mother and grandmother also ended up going to church too. “They didn’t want to drop off a child at a service,” he said, smiling. “That whole family got saved.”
His sole desire is to bring glory to God. “Salvation is found in no one other than Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12 NIV).
King’s willing witness is a gift to cherish. Frankincense and myrrh were valuable presents in olden days, but how much more precious is the knowledge of God’s eternal love? How can you share God’s love today?
