Newborn holds his mom's finger in the NICU

We welcomed a new member to our family. The little guy decided he was in a hurry and arrived eight weeks early, weighing in at little more than four pounds.

This picture tells part of the early days where his first-time parents keep vigil in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. If you look closely, the newborn holds his mom’s finger while resting in the incubator under the bilirubin light.

Though only a few hours old, he holds onto loving support.

We are grateful for the great medical care he receives and anticipate his arrival home soon.

So proud of his parents for their composure and courage in trying times!

Today’s Bible verse:

“Is anything too hard for the LORD?” (Genesis 18:14)
