Can you help solve the mystery?
On March 3, a resident reported a missing sandal. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. However, items were in disarray inside. Random objects were strewn along the kitchen floor as though the thief had fled in a hurry.
Items included: a pink ball; a stuffed sheep, fuzzy brown bone; and nylon rope.
Detectives wonder if a culprit used the rope to climb in a window but found no fingerprints.
Neighbors didn’t notice any unusual activity; however, they had seen a small puppy earlier in the area.
Be advised: Guard your shoes!
